Engineering Review
Why choose FV10000 for a 6.1–7.2GHz system?
FV10000 is a frequency-specific OEM option—not simply a higher-power replacement for a 5.8GHz module. Confirm receiver frequency coverage first, then evaluate RF output, power architecture, thermal clearance and mechanical fit.
Dedicated band
64 presets from 6110 to 7210MHz across eight bands.
Power choice
PIT plus selectable 1W, 2.5W, 5W, 7.5W and 10W modes.
Controller integration
IRC Tramp data interface and onboard RGB LED/button settings.
Active thermal design
Finned aluminum housing and rear fan for continuous 10W operation, subject to system cooling conditions.
Choose the output setting appropriate for your RF system
The transmitter provides five selectable RF power levels plus PIT mode. PIT is a distinct low-output operating mode rather than an additional watt-level power setting.

High RF power requires a real thermal integration review
The FV10000 supports continuous operation at its 10W output setting The FV10000 supports continuous operation at the 10W RF output setting when integrated with suitable power delivery and cooling airflow. A finned aluminum enclosure provides a heat-transfer path and the integrated rear fan supports active cooling.
When integrating into an airframe or sealed system, review fan intake clearance, exhaust routing, ambient temperature, mounting contact, power delivery and operating duration before release.

Questions OEM buyers ask before integrating FV10000
Is FV10000 a fixed 7.2GHz transmitter?
No. It provides 64 discrete preset frequencies across 6110–7210MHz. The 7.2G name identifies the high end of the supported range.
Which RF power levels are available?
PIT mode, plus selectable 1W, 2.5W, 5W, 7.5W and 10W settings.
Can FV10000 operate continuously at 10W?
Yes. The FV10000 supports continuous 10W output operation. Provide adequate airflow and power delivery, and verify thermal performance in the final installation.
What is the approved DC input range?
FV10000 uses 7–36V DC input. Confirm the system supply design and harness installation before use.
Which cable connector does the production model use?
SH1.0 8Pin. Verify the production cable orientation and connector mating side before installation.
Does the standard kit include an antenna and cable harness?
Yes. The standard configuration includes the FV10000 transmitter module, antenna and wiring harness.
Does FV10000 support IRC Tramp?
Yes. IRC Tramp is specified for compatible controller integration; verify the host-side implementation and harness orientation before use.
Can I use a 5.8GHz receiver?
Not without verifying that the specific receiver supports the intended FV10000 transmit frequencies, modulation and channel selection. A receiver labeled 5.8GHz should not be assumed compatible.
What technical documentation is available for OEM evaluation?
The product specifications include channel frequencies, selectable RF power settings and operating-temperature limits. Tell us your RF and thermal qualification requirements so the available documentation and applicable test scope can be reviewed.
Can UltroNiu develop or manufacture a different VTX PCB/PCBA?
Yes. PCB design/development, RF manufacturing engineering, component sourcing, SMT/PCBA and assembly can be reviewed as a separate custom project.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
Please provide the required quantity, destination and accessory configuration. MOQ, sample availability and delivery schedule are confirmed in the commercial quotation.
Can FV10000 be used in every country?
No blanket regional authorization is claimed. Spectrum and transmitter-power permissions depend on the destination market and application; compliance must be verified before deployment.
