The wafer is completely removed to examine the printing and logo information on its surface. The authenticity of the product is further verified by checking the details obtained from the wafer.
ESD Anti-Static Testing
Primarily used to verify surface impedance coefficient, grounding resistance, and instantaneous and peak values of electrostatic potential for device packaging, insulating materials, and other objects.
Impedance Analysis Test
Measures the impedance value of impedance devices to ensure compliance with specifications without deviation.
X-RAY Non-Destructive Inspection
Performs real-time non-destructive analysis to inspect the chip's lead frame, wafer size, gold wire bonding pattern, ESD damage, and voids.
MCU Programming Test
