2004

Founded Ruizhigaoke Electronics Co., Ltd., focusing on electronic component sourcing and high-precision PCB distribution.

2009

Established China Fuying Co., Ltd., expanding into IC packaging, R&D, and high-precision PCB solutions.

2013

Formed UltroNiu Electronics Group, transitioning into a professional manufacturer of military-grade high-precision PCBs and components, with a certified weaponry quality management system.

We manufacture RF PCB, microwave PCB and high-frequency PCB using project-specific material, stack-up and process control requirements. Typical engineering considerations include dielectric stability, insertion loss, impedance control, copper profile, via structure, lamination behavior and RF-to-digital boundary integrity.

High-Speed, HDI & Complex PCB Manufacturing

For high-speed digital, dense interconnect and complex multilayer boards, UltroNiu supports controlled impedance, blind and buried vias, via-in-pad, resin plugging, back drilling, fine trace/space, multilayer stack-ups and manufacturability review for signal integrity and production repeatability.

One-Stop PCBA Assembly
