5.8GHz 8W FV8000 Analog FPV Video Transmitter
Model FV8000 · OEM Module Supply & RF PCB/PCBA Manufacturing
FV8000 combines selectable RF power settings up to 8W with 96 preset channels, SmartAudio control and active cooling. Its 36 × 36mm module and 25g weight support space-conscious UAV and FPV integration. Source finished transmitters for OEM programs, or work with UltroNiu on RF PCB manufacturing, PCBA assembly and project-specific hardware.
8W Analog VTX Built for OEM Drone Integration
FV8000 is a compact, actively cooled analog video transmitter for equipment brands and UAV integrators requiring a defined 8W-class VTX module.
Its 36 × 36mm mechanical footprint, 30.5 × 30.5mm mounting pattern and selectable RF output levels provide practical starting points for hardware selection. Customers can purchase the finished unit or engage UltroNiu for separate RF PCB/PCBA manufacturing projects.
Why Choose FV8000 Instead of a Generic VTX?
A transmitter is only useful when its mechanical fit, power supply, control and thermal requirements work with the customer's platform. FV8000 gives engineers a defined module to evaluate while supporting separate manufacturing engagement.
Adjustable Output to 8W
Select 25mW through 8000mW nominal output levels for setup and application-dependent RF planning.
96 Frequency Presets
Twelve bands with eight channels each support a range of analog receiver configurations, subject to regional permissions.
Active Heat Dissipation
Built-in fan and heatsink help manage the thermal demands of high-output operation with adequate airflow.
OEM Supply + PCBA
Source finished modules or request customer-designed RF PCB fabrication, SMT assembly and engineering support.
Selectable RF Power Settings up to 8W
Select 25, 1000, 3000, 5000 or 8000mW nominal RF output to suit system integration and operating requirements. Maximum output is a nominal setting; actual link performance depends on the complete RF system, installation and operating conditions.
SmartAudio & OSD Configuration
Adjust supported settings using SmartAudio; onboard button controls also provide channel, band and output-level selection.
Pit Mode & Delayed PA Startup
Supports Pit Mode and an approximately three-second power-amplifier start delay, for controlled startup.

Complete 96-Channel Analog VTX Frequency Table
FV8000 provides 96 discrete preset channels. Frequency names are band labels rather than regulatory approvals; the 5.8GHz product label does not mean every preset is inside the same license-exempt spectrum allocation.

36 × 36mm Installation, JST Wiring & SMA RF
Mechanical and power design
- Allow sufficient airflow through the rear fan and heat-sink fins.
- Provide 14.6–28V DC at the power input with adequate supply-current headroom.
- Respect the 30.5 × 30.5mm mounting pattern and verify enclosure clearance.
Signal & RF connections
- The module RF port is SMA; match the antenna or adapter to the actual module connector.
- Use the approved 6-pin harness drawing to check the 14.6–28V input, power ground, SmartAudio, video input, signal ground and 5V output.
- Connect a compatible antenna or appropriate matched RF load before applying power; do not operate without the cooling fan.
For production assembly, use the approved connector drawing and harness drawing. Installation depends on the flight controller, camera, antenna assembly and local radio spectrum rules.
Finished FV8000 Supply or RF PCB / PCBA Manufacturing
UltroNiu supports two different purchasing routes: ready-to-integrate video transmitters and manufacturing services for customer-owned RF hardware. This is useful for drone brands that need a reference module now and engineering or supply-chain flexibility for later platform revisions.
Finished FV8000 Modules
Discuss sample qualification, accessory configuration, agreed acceptance criteria, packaging and volume supply for integration into OEM systems.
Customer RF PCB & PCBA Programs
Request RF PCB fabrication, DFM, component sourcing, SMT assembly, inspection planning and board-level production from your own technical files.
Electronics manufacturing and inspection
Actual photographs of PCB/PCBA equipment and production activity are shown below. They illustrate UltroNiu manufacturing services; they are not represented as lot-specific FV8000 acceptance records.
DFM & Incoming Materials
Discuss material selection, stack-up, RF trace transitions, bill-of-material controls and inspection steps for the approved design.
Project-Specific RF Verification

OEM Integration & Customization Options
For B2B programs, the practical question is how quickly an approved module can fit a platform—or whether the customer requires a separate manufactured design. UltroNiu provides a manufacturing and engineering discussion path for both.
01. Complete Module Supply
Request finished FV8000 modules for samples, pilot builds or ongoing OEM supply with clearly defined accessories, labeling and procurement terms.
02. Customer RF PCB & PCBA
Provide fabrication files, BOM and manufacturing requirements for independent RF PCB fabrication and SMT assembly projects.
03. Interface & Configuration Review
Discuss wiring, RF pigtail selection, power presets, channel requirements and mechanical integration for engineering feasibility review.
04. OEM Branding & Packaging
Review product marking, cable kits, packaging, documentation and delivery configurations. Any customization requires design and commercial approval.
