Why Choose This 3W Analog VTX Platform?

For integrators, a usable VTX is defined by more than transmitter wattage. The FV3000 combines controllable RF output, a known mounting pattern and harness, thermal management, and an RF connection suitable for system planning.

Six RF Power Settings

Switch between 25mW and 3000mW nominal presets to accommodate bench setup and project-specific power requirements.

Compact Board Format

A 36 × 36mm board and 30.5mm mounting pattern offer an early reference for mechanical design and packaging.

Active Thermal Design

The integrated fan and heatsink support heat dissipation when suitable airflow is provided by the system enclosure.

OEM Supply & Manufacturing

Source finished modules, or discuss a separate customer-specific RF PCB, component sourcing and PCBA production program.

RF configuration

Six Selectable RF Power Levels

Choose the appropriate preset for testing and integration. A 3W transmitter is not a guarantee of any particular flight distance; link performance also depends on antennas, receiver sensitivity, interference and operating environment.

Mechanical and electrical integration

Wiring, Cooling & Installation

JST 6-Pin Interface

Reference signals: 14–28V input, ground, SmartAudio, 5V camera output, camera ground and analog video input. Harness pin sequence must match the approved module revision.

MMCX Antenna Connection

Use a properly matched antenna or RF load before power-up. Confirm pigtail type, antenna polarization and connector retention for the aircraft configuration.

Thermal Planning

The integrated fan requires unobstructed airflow. Allow clearance around the heatsink and validate temperatures under your enclosure, mounting and duty-cycle conditions.

Power-On Behavior

A five-second PA activation delay is specified for this platform. Verify flight-controller initialization and video-system startup sequencing at integration.

OEM Integration & Customization Options

Choose an appropriate supply path based on whether you need a ready-to-integrate module or a customer-owned video-transmitter design. Customization feasibility, tooling, validation and MOQ are determined during engineering review.

01. Finished VTX Module Supply

Purchase the FV3000 in samples, pilot quantities or agreed production volumes. Confirm accessories, labeling, destination and acceptance requirements in the RFQ.

02. RF PCB & PCBA Manufacturing

For customer-owned RF designs: stack-up and material review, PCB fabrication, component sourcing, SMT assembly and controlled production documentation.

03. Interface & Configuration Review

Discuss channel presets, power control, mounting, harness length, connector selection and firmware needs with engineers before agreeing to a custom variant.

04. OEM Branding & Delivery Configuration

Evaluate product label, cable-kit, packaging and shipping documentation requirements. Any branded or modified version requires compatibility and commercial approval.

Buyer questions

Procurement & Integration FAQs

What power settings does the FV3000 support?

Six levels: 25, 250, 500, 1000, 2000 and 3000mW. Output settings should be selected for the system power and thermal budget.

Does it support SmartAudio and Pit Mode?

Yes. SmartAudio provides remote VTX configuration, including Pit Mode; onboard buttons also support channel, band and power selection.

What input power and wiring are required?

The module requires 14–28V DC through a JST 6-pin connection. Use the pinout from the approved hardware revision and ensure sufficient power supply capacity.

What antenna connection does it use?

The VTX module uses an MMCX RF interface. Use a compatible pigtail and properly matched antenna or RF load before power-up.

What is included with a bulk order?

The typical configuration includes one transmitter, one cable and one RF pigtail. Request the packing list for your order; an antenna is not automatically included.

Can UltroNiu provide OEM or RF PCBA manufacturing?

Yes. Finished-module supply, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly and integration services can be discussed against your drawings, interface and validation requirements.

What are the MOQ, sample availability and lead time?

They depend on the required version, accessories, quantity and production schedule. Please request a quotation with your estimated order volume.

Can this module operate in every country?

No global spectrum authorization is implied. Permitted channels, power levels and applicable approvals must be assessed for each destination and use case.

Can you provide test or qualification records?

Specify the RF, electrical or production evidence required in the RFQ. Available reports and acceptance conditions are agreed by project, rather than assumed for every unit.

Can labels, cable sets, packaging or channel presets be customized?

Submit your target configuration for engineering and commercial review. Changes are not part of the standard module specification unless explicitly agreed.

What information should an OEM RFQ include?

Send your quantity, destination market, required channel and power configuration, mounting/cable constraints, accessory list, acceptance requirements and desired delivery window.

Need a Finished 3W VTX or a Custom RF Build?

Share your estimated quantity, installation space, receiving-country requirements, required harness and antenna configuration. For custom boards, include your design files and test acceptance needs.
