A Printed Circuit Board (PCB) is a critical electronic component that supports and electrically connects other electronic parts. Its name derives from the electronic printing technology used in its fabrication. During PCB processing, precise positioning is essential. However, existing positioning components often lack the flexibility to adjust according to the specific length and thickness of different PCBs, resulting in suboptimal positioning effectiveness. - Linked Horizontal & Vertical Movement: A horizontal plate is driven to move via a fixed rod and a connecting pin. This horizontal plate is connected to a vertical plate through a movable rod and a movable block, enabling coordinated vertical movement.
- Adjustable Plate Mechanism: A movable pin and telescopic rod are connected to an adjustment plate, allowing for precise control and movement of this plate to accommodate different PCB dimensions.
- Stabilized Base & Drive System: Support legs are fixed at the four corners of the component's base, with anti-slip grooves on the support plate top. A motor, fixed to the rear cavity, has its output end connected to a fixed rod. A connecting pin at the rod's top connects to the horizontal plate. A balance bar, slidably connected inside the horizontal plate and fixed to the top of the housing, stabilizes the horizontal plate's operation, ensuring it remains level.
- Guided Plate Stabilization: A sliding rod is fixed to the inner top wall of the housing. Both the vertical plate and the adjustment plate are slidably connected to this rod, stabilizing their movement and facilitating smooth, precise adjustment.
