You’ll work on PCIe/SerDes, DDR, 77 GHz radar, 5G/mmWave and other high-speed, high-frequency structures, ensuring both signal integrity and manufacturability. Ideal for engineers with Layout, SI or RF backgrounds who want to build end-to-end expertise in high-speed + high-frequency + manufacturability across real defense, automotive, AI and UAV projects.
PCB Process & Fabrication Engineering
This team focuses on process development and optimization for high-layer-count, high-speed/high-frequency, heavy-copper and rigid-flex products. They own key steps such as lamination, drilling, plating, solder mask and surface finishing, using data to control yield and lab validation to lock in process windows – even for Rogers/PTFE/hybrid stack-ups under extreme conditions. Ideal for engineers who love being on the shop floor, enjoy working with equipment and are excited to push the process limits of high-speed and RF boards.
SMT & PCBA Process Engineering
This team develops robust, repeatable SMT & PCBA processes for RF modules, high-speed interface boards and UAV flight controllers/ESCs/VTX. They design fixtures and test strategies for BGAs, high-pin-count high-speed connectors and high-power devices, ensuring RF performance and assembly reliability go hand-in-hand. Ideal for engineers who care about cycle times and details like SPI/AOI/X-Ray, and who want the satisfaction of literally soldering high-speed and RF boards into reality.
Quality & Reliability Lab
This lab manages end-to-end quality control for high-speed and RF applications – from incoming inspection to in-process control and final shipment. The team leads reliability tests such as temperature-humidity cycling, thermal shock, HAST and lifetime testing, and performs failure analysis on microvias, fine lines and heavy-copper structures to drive improvements. Ideal for those who enjoy working with standards, procedures and instruments, and who find real satisfaction in finding root causes and preventing failures.
Supply Chain & Materials Management
This team manages key materials such as high-frequency laminates (Rogers, Taconic, low-loss FR-4), specialty inks and critical components, balancing cost, lead time and performance to support demanding defense, automotive, AI and UAV projects.
