- Adjustable Positioning System: The device utilizes an integrated system comprising a workbench, grooves, motors (first, second, third), screws (first, second), a skateboard, connecting plates, threaded sleeves, limit plates, a top plate, chutes, a soft bristle brush, and a positioning bracket. This comprehensive setup enables the automatic adjustment of the positioning size according to the specific dimensions of the circuit board being cleaned.
- Automated Cleaning Process: The integrated circuit board is securely clamped by a specialized clamping component. A pump then discharges cleaning solution from a water storage tank through a hard water pipe into a water guide plate. The board is sprayed and washed via drainage holes on the upper surface of the water guide plate. During spraying, the first motor within the clamping component drives a first electric telescopic rod to rotate, which in turn rotates the clamping plate and the secured circuit board. Simultaneously, a third motor in the cleaning component drives a second electric telescopic rod to rotate the brush plate, achieving comprehensive, multi-directional cleaning of the integrated circuit board.
- Intelligent Control: The system employs an intelligent control system to achieve full automation and refinement of the entire cleaning process. This significantly enhances the stability, reliability, and repeatability of the cleaning equipment's operation.
