What you'll be doing:

Set up and operate flying probe testers (e.g., Takaya, Seica) for bare board testing of HDI and high-frequency PCBs;

Load Gerber and netlist files, adjust test parameters (voltage, threshold, probe speed);

Monitor test process, clear probe jams, and replace worn probes;

Record test yield and flag repeated failure patterns;
-
Perform daily maintenance (probe tip cleaning, calibration check).
What we need to see:
-
Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related;
-
1+ years of experience with flying probe or grid tester in PCB industry;
-
Ability to read simple netlist and understand open/short testing;
-
Familiarity with fine-pitch probing (down to 2 mil pad) is a plus;
-
Patient and detail-oriented with good manual dexterity.
