What you'll be doing:
-
Load inner/outer layer panels onto AOI machines for defect scanning (opens, shorts, underetch);
-
Review false call images and classify real defects vs. nuisance;
-
Mark defective panels and segregate them for rework or scrap;
-
Perform daily calibration of AOI cameras and lighting;
-
Generate defect reports by layer and defect type.
What we need to see:
-
High school diploma or above;
-
1+ years of AOI operation experience in PCB or electronics manufacturing;
-
Basic knowledge of PCB layer structure and common etching defects;
-
Good eyesight and ability to work with on-screen inspection for extended periods;
-
Willing to work rotating shifts if required.
