What you'll be doing:

Operate automated electroless copper and panel plating lines for HDI panels;
-
Load racks, start process cycles, and monitor bath temperature, pH, and timer settings;
-
Perform simple chemical top-ups as instructed by shift technician;
-
Inspect plated panels for voids, nodules, or uneven copper distribution;
-
Maintain logsheets and clean filtration systems regularly.
What we need to see:
-
High school diploma or above;
-
1+ years of experience in PCB wet process (plating, etching, or surface finish);
-
Basic knowledge of chemical safety and PPE requirements;
-
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 kg panels;
-
Team player with good communication skills.
