What you'll be doing:
-
Perform lay-up of prepreg, core materials, and copper foils for HDI and high-frequency PCB stacks;

Load/unload vacuum press machines and monitor press cycle parameters (temperature, pressure, vacuum);

Inspect pressed panels for visible defects such as bubbles, delamination, or resin bleed;
-
Record production data and report any process deviations to engineers;
-
Maintain cleanliness of lay-up area and press plates.
What we need to see:
-
High school diploma or above;
-
1+ years of experience in PCB lamination operation, preferably with multilayer or HDI products;
-
Familiarity with handling high-frequency materials (e.g., Rogers, Isola) is a plus;
-
Ability to read simple stack-up drawings and follow work instructions;

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
